Help Help! rebooting during calls

I just got a new lg optimus v and it keeps rebooting whenever im talking on the phone,turns off and back on, is there anything i can do about this or do I have to get a new one?

If you just got it and have not rooted it I'd try a factory reset and if that doesn't help I'd return it for exchange.

I'm curious if the phone has the ZV9 update or not.

Go to Settings > About phone. What's the baseband version?
