Help recovering a paid app

Ok I just did a factory reset on my phone. I only have one paid app (beautiful widgets) my android phone was set up using my school e-mail, however it does not have all the features of a regual gmail account so when i bought my app i had to log in to google checkout using my other gmail account. Well when I was reseting up my phone I made my other gmail account the primary log in on my droid, and my school e-mail a secondary log in. now when i go into the market i cannot re-download beautiful widgets for free. is there anything I can do or just do another reset and make my school email the primary account on my phone?
