Help help removing pdf files

I have download a couple of pdf files and have finished viewing them now but I can't work out how to remove them . When I go into Adobe reader there is no option delete if you press the menu button .

get yourself a file explorer like EStrong or the like, navigate to the stored directory and long click to delete

Thanks have downloaded that and removed said pdf files
