First off, I'm a n00b to all things Android. Just so that's said.
Anyway, I've read a number of guides on the xda-dev forums, installed SDK and drivers and attempted to root with SuperOneClick, DoomLord v4 and Flashtool, but all with no success. Obviously something is wrong, but I've no idea what.
When trying to root with SOC, it stops here:
DoomLord stops here:
And Flashtool stops here:
SOC says v.2.3.3, so I assume it's made to root up to 2.3.3, but several posts said they'd had success rooting 2.3.4 with it, so I gave it a shot.
Any clues as to what goes wrong and what I can do to root my Arc successfully?
