Help required Please.....

Hi there, we have just purchased a Google Android 1.6, unfortunately it came with no instructions.. i am trying to go into the app market and everytime i get connection failed (it appears that your internet connection is not availalable) despite the fact that we are online at the time on the laptop...... Also looking for a facebook app shortcut as well.... Please can anyone help us... this is new technology for us.

Hello Mrs Pickles. I'm certain that with the help of these forums we can get you squared away in no time. You will want to seek help in your devices area of discussion. Not know exactly which device you own I will post links to both the phone and tablet areas. Open the link that pertains to you and then find your device in the list that's provided. Give your device a click and you will then be in the area where the other users of your device hang out. They will know your device well and can help you with your problems.
