I saw on the htc website that htc sense back ups everything when its changed (and i had auto back up on). But only one (out of about 1000) messages was showing when i logged into htc sense online. So i reseted the phone to factory settings anyway taking a risk of losing them all except for that one and cant even get that one back. the phone never asked if i wanted to restore back up files from htc it only asked if i wanted to create a htc account or sign in, i chose sign in, signed in and didnt give me any options for restoring back up files.
Anyone know if i can get the back up files somehow?
