Root HELP! Root Milestone X Version 2.3.5

I Have a Regional Carrier (Appalachian Wireless) and No One Can Tell Me If It is Froyo Or Gingerbread. When It Was On Froyo 2.2.2 I Had No Problem Rooting. Ive Tried Just About Every One click/Program to Root. and Even Tried Gingerbreak and z4root. Maybe I'm Not Doing it Right or Maybe Its Not Possible. Someone Help Me Root This Darn Thing. Very Frustrating

I was excited the newest android version for the milestone x... and i updated got a cool boot animation... the Red M and no root... and i have yet to find a way to roll it back to 2.3.4 or get root on 2.3.5. Well Looks Like No More fun for the milestone x.
