Root HELP: Root, OTA update, Idiot User

First: I did something dumb, I know. I am a rooting and phone newb. All the terms are alien to me. I am also phone dumb. I've searched and searched for hours, and even though I know the answer is out there I can't seem to find an answer that is both comprehensive and comprehendable. Please be simple and complete as I'm not up on the lingo.

I rooted my t-bolt months ago using revolutionary, following step-by-step video. Was running thundershed ROM. Loved it.

Absentmindedly accepted an OTA update today. Phone booted up on a stock-looking Sense with software 1.03.605.10.

Re-ran revolutionary. It says WTF man, you're still S-off.

When I try to go to the bootloader, it won't let me toggle to any of the options, just sits there for a second then fastboots.

Aaaaaand I'm stuck. Is there any way for me to just restore what I had before and undo this disaster? (long shot, I know) Can I re-install a custom rom and go back to enjoying the t-bolt? If so, how?

Short version: I took an OTA on a rooted phone. What should I do?

Well now you understand why you should NEVER accept an OTA on a rooted device.

Check that you are still S-off.

Are you able to get into recovery? If so, wipe and reflash your ROM

If not, reinstall your recovery via H-boot and then wipe & reflash your ROM.

If you aren't S-off, your going to have to run an RUU and then re-root

I am s-off.

How do i get to recovery? Via the boot screen reached using power and the vol button?

I am assuming h-boot is found via power and volume up? When i get there I can't select recovery, even though it is still shown and it still says revolutionary at the top of the screen. It's like the new software is stopping me from making any selections and is forcing the phone to load the ROM. I only get to look at that screen for a second at most.

Thanks for help.

Typed on my near-brick 3g thunderbolt.
