Help HELP! Rooted: Stuck at white HTC screen!

So I'm going to try to give you as much information as possible the first time out because it is very important that I get this resolved!

Phone: HTC Incredible
Rooted: Using UnRevoked
S-Off
Rom: Cyanogen 7.0.1

I was having no issues at all, and then out of nowhere a force close window pops up saying the app I was using had stopped working. I thought nothing of it until it wouldn't let me get out of it, or do anything at all.
I pulled the battery as that was my only option at this point and then it began doing what it's doing now...
It won't boot past the white HTC Incredible screen and I've tried just about everything. Here's a list of things I've done so far. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

1. Pulled the battery for 5-10mins then charged for 30 then tried to reboot
2. Boot into recovery and wipe everything. Cache/Factory reset/dalvik
 
I'm not 100% android illiterate but I'm no master..
How would I go about flashing the rom after a wipe?
Downloading the zip then accessing it from recovery?
 
what if it wont even let me into recovery?
im have the exact same problem but now computer cant see the phone and on the phone all i get is either a black screen with a white line on each side or it just keeps rebooting to the htc incredible screen over and over

You need to flash recovery in hboot.
