Root Help Rooting 2.2 Stock Captivate

Greetings,

I've searched for the past 6 hours on how to successfully root my Sam. Captivate. However, I've been unsuccessful. I have downloaded and used the Super One Click software which tells me my phone is rooted, Super User is present. But, when I go to flash a ROM I get error "E Signature not verified, Failed" is there anyone that can assist me it would be greatly appreciated.

Captivate is running Stock 2.2 Froyo Build: 1101
