Root Help Rooting on mac!

So, I guess it's no secret that I am cheap and I therefore bought the lg motion... But I can't root it! I have a Mac computer (the newest from apple) and I'd like to root my phone- but I don't know how using the mac. Please help guys! I prefer a video, that's how I learn best, but all help is useful information!:p:o:o:)
Oh yeah... Why I'm rooting? I figured out how to get COLORED EMOJIS on the samsung Admire
So now I want them on my Lg motion!

As far as I know, you need a Windows Computer to root the LG Motion (or maybe Linux with "Wine" A Windows application runner) so I belive Macs are not included

But it is always worth a try.

Anymore help needed? Its not that hard. If you rooted your admire, you should have some experience as I had the Admire as well before.

Here is the directions for the Linux how to guide that could possibly help. You could always dual boot if possible, or just barrow a friends computer that is running Windows. Good luck!

when you unzip the o4xr.zip there is a root.bat a root-linux.sh and a root-mac.sh file in there. theres also adb.exe,adb-linux, and adb-mac files. you could try the root-mac shell script or if you can get adb to work it's basically just a script that auto executes adb commands you could try and execute them manually. after running IS11LG_SystemBackupTest.signed.apk on the phone of course.

I've never been able to do anything with an Android on a mac other than media share. I don't think mac even recognizes all the drivers needed to root...
