Root HELP Rooting

I have the EVO and want to ROOT. I was looking on here for what I need and what I need to do. I looked and found I have HBOOT 2.10. Is there a way to root with this? If not, how do I revert back to where I can?

Thanks

i think they are working on an Unrevoked still, no word yet.... xda has a rooting guide for this but i haven't got it to work yet.
