Root Help!!!!! Say clockwork recovery

This lady dropped my phone and it rebooted it self now all it does is turn on and go to this menu screen "clockwork recovery"! I press "reboot system now" and same thing comes up clockwork blah blah...... Idk what to do i rooted it was working fine for 2 months then this lady dropped it. Idk what to do

If you have an sd external in the phone pull it out..copy the file to your sd card--reinsert the sd -when the phone boots to recovery flash the file you just put on the sd in recovery(install zip from.sd)

someone plz help..i am stuck in clockwork recovery..i was trying to restore an old rom and ended up like this..i have read some threads and came across the exitrecovery.zip..but it dosent work for me..is the file supposed to look like this?

thats what im getting..and when i copy them to my sd..i see just that..nothing says exitcovery....can someone plz help me?

Not supposed to unzip the file when you download it. Just copy it to your ex sd and install from zip

i didnt unzip the file..the first few times atleast..but i did try both
the only thing that says exitrecovery.zip for me is the actual link
i see META_INF but its empty

so i just need to drag and drop them both on to the sd?..then it will show as exitrecovery.zip in my phone?

When you download the above file "save" it to your computer. Do not unzip it. Place the exitrecovery.zip to your sd card. Remove the sd from CPU ..place it back in the phone. Boot up as you said it goes right to recovery. Then choose install zip from sd..select exitrecovery.zip..reboot and walla:)

following you word for word and its still not working:( ..i dont know what to do now..do i need to press mount sd card first..when i do that it says error mounting sd..

im still not seeing exitrecovery..it says META-INF on my phone..and when i choose it..it says no files found
