Root Help sbf'ing

Im currently using gingerbread and I want to sbf to froyo. What sbf file do I need?
Already downloaded the Motorola drivers and rsd lite drivers.

Please help- trying to do this tonight
Also another how long does it take to sbf??

I want to do it because I can't stand gingerbread and there are numerous problems im having with my DROID x so I want to return it and get a diff phone
