Help [HELP]SD Card and YouTube problem!

Mvschill

Lurker
So, yesterday I bought an HTC Evo 4G Design from Boost, with everything unlimited. This phone has no SD card slot, though. And Zedge is asking me for an SD each time I launch the application, and I really want to use it.

Second, yesterday YouTube was fine. Playing videos on normal and high quality was awesome. But today, videos are lagging hard. They go at like 1 frame per second. Sound is normal though. I tried rebooting my phone but nothing. If anyone can help me, I'd gladly appreciate it. Thank you.

Also, RAM is normal.

Hello and welcome aboard.

Where are you looking for the SD card? Am quite sure that it has one. (Tip: You just need to find it.. :))

YouTube application requires a strong internet connection to play a video. It's an highly intensive data usage application that uses a good 3g, 4g, or WiFi connection. However, if you have good of anyone of those connections and you're having problems playing a video, then what you should do is clear data from the YouTube app.

Steps: Tap settings - applications - youtube - clear data.
I hope this helps. :)

First, the sd card. It should have come stock with an sd card already included. Maybe you've accidentally unmounted it, or it wasn't inserted fully. Turn the phone around, slide open the battery cover on the bottom. Sd card should be on the left, under the battery.

Second, YouTube. The only thing I can think of with the provided information is data. Maybe yesterday, you were watching over WiFi or 4g, and today you're just on a 3g connection or below. If you're in 4g range, make sure to turn on the 4g antenna.
