My phone keeps lagging/freezing sincr about 3 hours ago. I went into running apps and its a bunch of these....is this causing it? Need to get rid of all this crap..

If i factory reset it will i loose contacts and pictures?

Yes, a factory reset will delete all photos and contacts (unless you have them synced online). Those running applications are system apps and are not the source of your problem.
