Help HELP!! SMS sender details

hey...

When I receive an SMS on my HTC Desire S, the sender's phone number is displayed instead of the sender's name even though the sender is in my contact list... Could this have to do with the country code? Thanks

I'm having the same problem, and have no idea why.....nothing I do seems to resolve it....

It's been reported that the latest software version (1.47.401.4) appears to resolve this issue. It's availability will depend on your service provider.

Menu > Settings > About phone > Software updates > Check now (manual check)
