Help HELP! Stuck in recovery!

Today I rooted my optimus elite, once it it was successfully rooted I tried to flash my rom without an sd card. I downloaded the rom and CWM , I used CWM to restore and now I am stuck on this stock restore page. No matter what I select it leads me to and open box icon and it lays idol. When i hard press the power button it just redirects me to the recovery page. Is my phone permanently bricked? Please help me, and help is very much appreciated!

the page looks like this;

Android system recovery <3e>

Android system recovery utility

reboot system now
apply update from sdcard
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition

Have you tried pulling out the battery, putting it back in, and then turning the phone back on?

No not bricked

Hmm somehow the stock recovery made its way back into your device.

Can you push cwm back on?

Sorry I don't have your device, otherwise I'd be able to go into further detail :(

Yes, it goes back to the same page no matter what I do

Okay, since I'm assuming you followed the FAQ-Guide to install CWM, the Unbricking Method should work for you. Go ahead and try that, and all should be well. It isn't bricked, but something isn't right, and that's a full reset that should restore it to working order if you can't push CWM back onto it.

I'm unsure how I would go about pushing cwm back on, all i can access is the inactive stock restore and download mode

I have a feeling that this tutorial would work however whenever I try to access my usb port during download mode, i cannot because i dont have a working usb modem driver.

Do you have the lg drivers installed?

Is debugging turned on?

What happens if you pull the battery and try to boot?
