Help - stuck on main screen

[stenobeagle]

I'm doing my usual pushing buttons. I dl'd the manual but can't figure this out. I have on the main screen an option of 5 different things: wifi (on/off), bluetooth (on/off), something, something, screen brightness. I think I toggled it on but don't know how to turn it off now. Help! Thanks so much! - Lance

Slide it up or just use the back key.
