Help Help!! Text Previews on Locked Screen

[Moonfall]

Hi everyone! I have a Samsung Galaxy s2 LTE. Is there a way, or an app or something to not have my text messages show as a preview on my locked screen?? This is a privacy issue for me, and I'd really like to get rid of it. Any ideas would be great!! Thanks!

I have now downloaded handcent, as it has many more privacy options, and many forums say it should help get rid of the locked screen text preview, but I am having a hell of a time figure out how to turn that off. help???

first, you got to disable the notifications in your default messaging app.

second, in handcent settings, go to notification settings and disable popup.

that should prevent your messages from displaying on your lockscreen.

In handcent, you need to tick privacy mode in the notification settings options.
