Well i see this can be of some use so i have opened it to help us all.

Now we can ask all our questions regarding problems we are having with CWM, Roms, Kernals And Bootloops here since all these go hand in hand and hopefully we will get our answers right here too.

It helps to organize the assistance provided.

My Problem

I need someone to please link me to the download link for Clockworkmod Recovery by itself for the lg esteem zvd i updated to zvd and am already Re-Rooted my Esteem and my CWM was gone and now it will not boot into it so i need to re download it.

its now available on rom manager, and its the prefered method for zvd :D
 
LoL yea I knew what you meant but just wanted to ensure we were on the same page. The white triangle showing is the one that shows when FDRing your device.

its all good now i got Cwm working and thats what this forum is about thanks guys...

LOL Now im wondering what are the reviews on the zvd runable roms LOL and recommendations.
 
How did.u get it to work I have the same thing going on cwm is goen how to put it on if the phone boot loop

not sure whats causing your boot loop but heres what i did

press and hold vol +/- and power at the same time like your trying to get into cwm and hold until a warning comes up that states it will delete all data then release all buttons and press vol - it will say canceling and if it works for you it will boot into your rom once there download rom manager open program and install cwm

hope this works for you like it did me


And on a lighter note why is it i got Gingersteem rom the first one to work on my ZVD updated esteem was it updated to work with this?
 
i would recommend broken out esteem by mt it is great been running for a week now no problems looks awesome and runs a lot faster than stock ROM
 
i have to take my phone to metro but i can not find the stock recover can someone link me to it so i can download and remove CWM from my phone im on zvd thank you
