Help Help to Activate Samsung Galaxy S2 at at&t

Hello guys,

My cousin sent me a Samsung Galaxy s2 from England. I'm trying to use it with at&t, but it says no SIM CARD, but when I insert a T-mobile Sim works WELL on that phone. I Went online and looked at tons of information but i'm still confused because it is apparently compatible with T-mobile, but is locked to At&t.

Could someone help me unlock it?

u can purchse unlock codes on ebay for around 10 bucks
or u can take it to ur local phone carrier to unlock it for 75, if they do it that is

That does seem strange, since T-Mo uses the 1700/2100 MHz band for 3G/4G data. As far as I know, none of the SGS2's on the market support that band. Sounds to me like the AT&T SIM might be a little flaky. Try it in another phone if you can.
