Help Help - Toggle data widget caused problem

After installing 'toggle data widget' on my Tab (to check if it works for my wife with her Samsung Ace), I now cannot access my mobile network at all. I've tried unistalling. Doesn't work. Looking at the apps reviews (a little too late), it seems lots of people have had a similar problem, but I've searched the web and can't find a solution. A setting in my Galaxy Tab has changed, but I can't find any setting to undo this, to enable the network again. All people say is you need to restore factory settings, but this will erase all the stuff on my Tab won't it?

Menu/Settings/Wireless & Network/Mobile Networks/Access Point Names .... Menu/Reset to default

i want sofware toggle data widget. but i can't install the sofware because my galaxy tab market dont have toggle data widget
