You may be able to trade UP for one, but a straight trade of a nearly year-old phone for something NEW is asking a lot. Verizon MAY let you do it, if for no other reason than to get another D1 off the market. All you can do is ask. Be prepared to restart your NE2 of that happens... IF they let you upgrade.
