Help transferring Apps to SD card on Eris

I have a HTC Droid Eris and a 16gb micro SD card. My phone's internal memory is starting to run low, and I was wondering how to get my Eris to save my apps to my card instead.

Any ideas? :confused:
 
I found the site and I will try it, but first..
How do I root my droid eris?
I am new to the whole droid thing so I don't really know all the terms yet.
