Help Help Transferring Files From Mac

Hi, I just got my new Captivate today and I am having trouble figuring out how to transfer pics from iPhoto and music from iTunes - can someone point me in the right direction? I put a 4gb microsd in the phone and my mac recognized the phone but when I started to transfer pics they weren't showing up on the phone - just as broken files.

Are you ensuring you're copying the original files, and not links?

When the Captivate is still connected to your Mac, browse to the folder on the Captivate and check the file details.
