Root help triumph wont start

my triumph freezes at boot (vibrates inf) I was using it fine last night but now it does nothing. when it is plugged to charge the red led stays forever please help.

Have you tried a battery pull to reset?

yup I did, calling virgin for replacement . idk what happened i was on online watching the simpsons shutdown and now find it wont turn on.
