Help HELP Trying to unroot... major problems!

So I've followed everything in that http://androidforums.com/evo-4g-all-things-root/194918-rooting-dummies.html
When I move the PC36IMG.zip to my sdcard and reboot my phone your supposed to be asked to apply the update, but all i get is the loading bar in the upper right corner and then nothing happens.

Other than that nothing is working to help solve my main problem. Whenever I try to download anything from the market, it gets stuck on "starting download" and i get an error message that says :

"The process com.google.process.gapps has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."

Also, when I try to open google Talk it closes immediately, I don't think the app even opens up.. I've tried clearing the data and the cache from Settings > Applications > Manage Applications but nothing is working.

Not being able to download anything from the market is a huuuuge pain

Due to trying to unroot all my data is removed from my phone, and I get prompted to install the latest System update, but when I try installing that I get an android dude with a red exclaimation point... all I want to do is to start from scratch and to be able to download apps and accept OTA updates... can anyone help me? Please?

I still havent figured out how to unroot but FINALLY i realized that i did a nanroid back up and just went to the recovery menu and went to restore nandroid and picked my last nandroid back up before all this downloading from the market issue popped up. so if anyone is having this issue to try to restore your nandroid before you give up!

First, make sure that is the correct version for you phone. It should be the 3.70 update version. Second, make sure you didn't rename it pc35img.zip.zip. You can turn on extensions in windows to make sure you didnt add an extra .zip.

It sounds like it was trying to load the file from what you describes. Are you using the stock sdcard or a different one?
