Help Help! Uninstall a zip installed via Clockwork Recovery?

I used the hack to install Google Wallet on my GNex by flashing a .zip file in recovery. It's a little glitchy and doesn't work very well, so I was just going to replace it with the no-root apk that is now being posted all over the internet. How do I uninstall the already installed Google Wallet? I went into Settings>Apps, and there's only an option to disable/enable, since it's a "system app" now. I tried installing the new apk while it was enabled and while it was disabled and I get errors each time. Any help? I don't want to reflash and lose all of my data. Thanks in advance!
