Root Help unrooting

so i rooted with unrevoked but then decided to unroot to take my phone in. i flashed the s-on tool but i cant find the correct pc36img to flash. when i boot into recovery it says:
SUPERSONIC EVT2-3 SHIP S-ON
HBOOT-2.10.0001
TOUCH PANEL-AMTEL224_16ab
RADIO-2.15.00.11.19

have you read the http://androidforums.com/evo-4g-all-things-root/194918-rooting-dummies.html guide. there is a section on how to unroot. here is the file that you need: MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service

just make sure that you do not add a ".zip" to the name as windows hides extensions. it needs to be named PC36IMG. easiest way is to rename the file and erase everything but the PC36IMG part.
