Root Help, update is being downloaded automatically!

I'm rooted running stock ROM and even though I reject the update WHEN ASKED, Later in the day I have found the update being downloaded anyway. It's happened three times in the last week. Fortunately, I've been lucky enough to catch it before it finished and bricked my phone. I just shut off my phone to stop the download but I'm afraid I might not catch it next time. Does anyone know how I can stop this from happening? Thanks.

Flashing a rom will be the easiest way.

You can also flash the s-off hboot that just came out and it wont take the update but you may need to use a CPU to get the phone working again if it tries to install
