Help help updating prl, no DBAdapter Reserved Interface listed?

ok, Im trying to update my prl and cant seem to get past step 3. im running windows 7 x64 and am wondering if this could be the problem? i do have a SAMSUNG Android Diagnostic serial port (WDM) showing on com 11 but qpst doesant recognize a phone when i point it here. any help, advice or suggestions would be welcome.

Skip ALL of the steps and call *228 and press 5 and it will give you the 3026 PRL

nope, ive tried this and am still stuck on 3019. funny thing is i had the same model phone on 3g where i am by doing the *228 and option 5... but now it doesnt since i exchanged it

When was the last time you called *228? Because they updated their end and everyone Ive come across that has called has got the 3026 in the past 48 hours

might just be that i had only had the phone for 2 days when i first tried to update using the *228 method, but it took me doing it for 8 days in a row. but it finally went through. thanks tho...
