help updating to FI22

so i came from the htc and on that phone it said not to update before root and i thought i read somwhere that root wont interfere with updates on the s2 so i roooted onFH29 and now i want to update to FI22. i cant flash any roms i keep getting errors that say (bad).what do i have to do so that i can get rid of the annoying update and actually update and hopefully get somthing that is deodexed.thats all i really want is a stock deodexed with oc.i have all but the deodexed part now. thanks for the help

You're not going to be able to do an update on a custom Rom. You have to flash back to stock and update, or look for another Rom to suit your fancy
