Help using ATT Sim in an unlocked Verizon Note 2?

I am able to make/receive calls, but I can't figure out how to make my data work.

Any ideas?

The videos I have watched on youtube were of little help.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Which package deal did you chose if 25.00- 35.00 no data if you have a 40-60 you got data . with that being said what one did you get and do you have it rooted a few edits to the build .prop

I definitely have a data plan. It's a Note 2, which is replacing the same, which was ATT. It just stopped getting a good signal before my next upgrade came due.

Thanks!

on a Verizon phone the data is often in the SIM card (often used for LTE) or it uses 3G over CDMA. in other words, you will be able to make/receive calls and text messages over the AT&T GSM network, but unless you have a CDMA data plan, which AT&T doesn't even offer, you will only be able to surf using wifi. a Verizon phone needs Verizon data to work. AT&T doesn't support CDMA/LTE networks.

In a way it does work you need the Ril radio patch to change the CDMA device to the gsm . now that the device has a uicc card aka lte card its a dual sims which is now unlocked to be used on any gsm carrier or global. Now that the device has the at&t sims card its able to be used for voice and full data . but as the op stated his device is UNLOCKED.

For the moment, I moved this to the Note II forum. If someone thinks it should be in either the AT&T carrier forum or the ATR section, let me know.:)
