Root Help using superoneclick

Help! I've been trying for the past two days to root my Thunderbolt using the superoneclick program but it keeps getting hung up after it finishes #7. It's saying waiting for device. I've done everything it says to do. I've enabled USB debugging, charge only and uncounted my sd card. I've tried erasing and reinstalling the one click program to make sure it wasn't corrupted but still no luck. I currently have software version 2.11.605.9. Android version 2.3.4. Somebody please help.
 
There's a guide in the first post of the all things root section. I don't know if super oneclick works for the thunderbolt.
