Root Help velocity stuck on loading screen..

i cleaned out the cache and everything and i had installed velocity .1, .2 and .3 in the past and i was trying out raptor .1 and everytime i try different roms it will loop over the loading screen.. and it says that its a error mounting the sd card.. it cant mount /dev/block/mmcblk0p2 how do i fix this...

DELETE PLZ.... i figured it out.. i partition my SD Card, from another lg ally and i select ext2-3 and i installed my sd card back into the ally that wont boot up and i just re flashed a rom.....
