Help HELP! verizon galaxy s3 play store error

Earlier today I was messing in app manager and I came across Google frameworks and hit clear data because I read that I would be able to update to 4.2.2 if i cleared data and that didn't work so I gave up and went into the play store and tried to install an app and an error message came up Saying server error. What should I do please help!

Yes did that many times!

try to clear cache and data in the PlayStore app too. You'll probably have to sign in again after that.

Clearing Google Services Framework shouldnt really have damaged anything like that.. maybe just a coincidence..

Hmm then what do u thing I should do I cleared cache and app data and every thing but nothing worked

When the play store gives you that error, does it have a number assigned to it?
Such as"error 302" or something like that?

I don't get a number with my error just this pop up and then I can't get Into market :/ I tried clearing cache no workie I dl a game other day then all of a sudden I started getting this error I would uninstall game but I can't get back into market any advice??

Go into manage applications/all and scroll to "downloads"...it may be all the way at the bottom.
Make sure it is enabled

I don't see a toggle to switch on off? In the app manager.

It should say "enable" or "disable"?

In that case yes it is enabled, I looked at google play services and market and all those say is force stop :/
I have deleted cache and data from market in app manager got into market and deleted the game but its still giving me error and I can't seem to update any of the apps that need it then it closes on me while trying to update

Edit: duh I'm an idiot had to look around for the download mgr like you mentioned and yeah it was disabled lol so all is good again thank you.
