Help Vodafone Smart Tab 10

Hey Guys,

So successfully rooted my Smart Tab 10 (ZTE V11a)

Got the customer ROM for it so i can update to ICS

Go through ROM Installer & ROM manager to install the new ROM through CWM-based Recovery v5.5.0.4

But i get this error: (backup goes through fine)

As much help would be appreciated as possible - At my wits end been trying all night and morning
 
Open ROM Manager and report the error. There's a bug, at least when used with your model phone.
