Root help w/rooting lgmotion

I've been trying to root my lgmotion I've done everything it says to do but at the command promp it tells me that root ain't a internal or external command program or batch file and now I lost flash can I get sum assistance please..

You can just click on the root batch file in the o4xr folder & it will go automatically
