Help Help w/ sbf!! Dx stuck @ boot!

I was updating LIBERTY 1.5 to 2.0 last night and after install my DX froze at boot where it says LIBERTY. I have backups but I can't get to them. I tried a FACTORY RESET & still STUCK @ LIBERTY LOGO on boot. I've downloaded RSD Lite 4.9, SBF, and Motorola drivers. I can't find step-by-step INSTRUCTIONS to SBF. My PC has WINDOWS 7. PLEASE, CAN ANYBODY HELP?
