Root Help w/ sbf

How do I do this part:
"SBF INSTRUCTIONS: Install the RSDLite 4.7 program by double clicking on the program.
Move the pst_flash.ini file into the following folder --> Program Files/Motorola/RSDLite"

Where do I find that to insert the file?

Well if you installed RSDLite, it's in your PC's program files directory.

computer -> C: -> Program Files -> Motorola -> RSDLite

Yeah.. I got that figured out, now my problem is I have no start option in rsdlite when i pull up the sbf?

i had the same problem. after about an hour of pulling my hair out, i renamed the sbf "dx.sbf" and it worked. dunno why shortening the name did the trick, but it did. give that a shot.

sure thing. i have no clue why this is/was an issue, but i'm sure glad i decided to try that. i never woulda been able to fall asleep tonight with my phone in a boot loop.
