Help HELP! weird homescreen popped up

i don't know if i changed the settings accidentally or wt...somehow this screen pops up when i press the home button every time....how i do change it back?! thanks.

Im getting exactly the same thing. No idea whats happened.

That's your night clock.
Try pressing the back button a couple of times or press the cross in the top right corner.

Actually, that is the docking screen as far as I know. That's what I get when I dock mine on the charging cradle.
