Help Help whenever i try to go in recovery mode this factory kit test always shows up

i was gonna try to wipe all my data but this factory kit test always shows up i dont know how to get pass from it pls help mee :C

this factory test i dont know what this is for but it kinda test my things there are 3 options when in factory kit test Full Test,PCBA Test, Item test, then i tried clicking the first one the Full test the first test was there is a red outline and just gotta trace it the 2nd test was tesing my headset there's so many test i cant pass the others My phone is Lenovo A328.

I found that the last time I searched but it didn't work it just goes to factory kit test

Dear Steven ,

I faced similar situation as you . I Forgot the screen password and needed to hard reset Lenovo A328. But all the solutions online (as mentioned here also) simply bring up the factory Kit test. I wish those who post solutions , should try that solution first hand and then post. Anyway, finally I find the right way to factory reset , it worked on my Lenovo A328 and might work on few other Lenovo smartphones as well ....

Follow the below steps exactly as they are written.

Start with mobile turned off , all sim / memory cards removed.

1) Press Volume up + Volume down button
2) Connect charging cable ( even if your mobile is fully charged )
3) When charging signal / or Lenovo logo shows , press power button
4) keep pressing all three buttons , until android symbol appears with exclamation mark
5) Then release all...then press power button briefly and the menu will appear ..where you can do what you want to do and finally reboot the mobile .

In case it escaped your attention, somebody actually took the time to find Lenovo's own instructions. The fact that these didn't work is hardly a reason for criticising members for trying to help.

1) Criticism : I apologise . It was just out of frustration that I felt as I found the same solution repeated everywhere , the one that doesn't work. However, you are also quick to criticise me .

My post was driven from the thought that People come to forums looking for REAL solutions that are not easy to find elsewhere...

2) Escaping attention : Nothing escaped my attention. However , it escaped your kind attention that this thread was for Lenovo A328 and that I firmly stated that my solution does work for A328. My offered solution was for A328 and it was a tested one..
So I didn't stray from my advice that people should test solution before posting.
(" It might work for other models" was " an additional possibility and by no means a solution for problems for other models because this thread was not for other models ") .

I hope you can see my contribution positively . I only tried to help those who might be pulling their hair at not being able to get it right .

The Factory Kit Test screen appears when Volume up and Power key is pressed on Lenovo A328. See the attached picture . However if steps are followed as per my solution , then the Hard Rest options appear and the desired solution is achieved.
