Help HELP Wiped SD cardcant load ROM or back up

i just wiped out SD card and reformat and trying to do back up in nandroid but got stuck on load screen and i cant even flash new Rom,,,

If you wiped the SD Card then you wouldnt be able to flash a ROM due to it being deleted. Your Nandroids are stored on your SD Card. If you in fact formatted the card, then unless you copied a nandroid to your computer, your kinda SOL and are starting over.

yep you're SOL.

first load a stock rom, format your sd card with your phone. then load up your custom rom.

yes i did move nandorid folder to PC,, but didnt work even if i restore rom or tried to flash new one,,,
so then i had to boot phone and did clear storage hard reset,,,
but what is weird it came back Fresh rom shouldnt come stock rom?
i format card and load rite away custom rom
