Help Help with 2.3.340 notification

My phone keeps asking me to install 2.3.340 but I don't want it. My phone is rooted, Deodexed and set up just the way I want it and runs flawlessly. I don't want any changes. How do I get rid of this notification every hour asking me to update now or later?

I take it from the lack of replies that I'm stuck. Either install the update or listen to the phone tell me to update once every hour.
