Help Help with activation???

I'm to the new site and so far its very helpful. First I already have a flashed droid on cricket. Today I'm buying a HTC EVO 4G flashed and rooted. I was wondering do will I have to take it to Cricket to have them activate it or can i do it myself?

I have an account with cricket just wondering how to switch my number from the Droid to the HTC EVO

Welcome to the forums!!!

This is rather difficult from what I understand. Unless you are experienced or are using a really good guide, you "may" run the risk of bricking your phone. You will need to rewrite items to the phone like the radios and NV amung others.

I have located a guide over at XDA that may help if you want to try this yourself.
