Help Help with Android/Galaxy Note PLEASE

Dont know how to ask this. Why does My note Seperate my gallery into 2 different folders off pictures? Driving me nuts. I want my media organized, and the pics being put into TWO seperat Folders doesnt make sense. I put them ALL in one folder in the phone under PICTURES but it sets them like this anyway. Here is a screen shot...Sorry for the topless pic.

It depends on what app you used to get the pictures with. Anything taken with the camera app goes to Camera, anything taken with the Facebook camera app goes into an app called Facebook, etc. If you want to keep them together, use just one camera app or something.
