I have no audio at all at the device; and videos do not work properly, is like something is missing because the video are played like too fast.
The strange thing is it work fine when I bought one month ago, now is a disaster no audio and no video...what can I do?
I installed all actualizations (firmware is the last one available), also flash video player, and tried rebooting and resetting it (to leave as factory state) but nothing worked so far.
It is a hardware or a software problem?
