Help help with build prop

what kind of positive affects happen when you adjust your phones build prop? i imagine messing with the build prop will allow you to change certain aspects of the phone/performance? but im not sure and im still learning things so any help would be apreciated

i wasnt aware that ctmod had tweaks made to it already...maybe i should spend a lil more time reading EVERYTHING .. : )
