lokita994

Lurker
i installed a ROM threw cwm on my triumph i did not like it and when i went to put it back to stock cwm wouldnt read any of the stock files i found online...does anybody know how to fix this

What version of ClockworkMod are you using?

You should have made a backup before flashing (just a tip for the future).

all the guides say to make a backup, and even show you how. so if you dont like the rom you can go back.

if you followed directions you wouldnt be in this mess.

your best bet now is to install a froyo rom if you really like froyo.

the stock rom doesnt exist in a flashable form, i dont believe so at least. so without your backup, you are stuck with custom roms.

see the hole you dug yourself into???

dont use someone elses nandroid backup, it wont work 100% correctly. you have to make your own backups

Be nice and there is a nandroid backup that has to be put in the right folder that works fine. I've used it before with no problems.

Not sure where you got that idea. They work just fine. My stock nandroid is from here (after my original sdcard got corrupted I lost mine) and there are zero issues. It's the same software regardless and the nandroid doesn't make backups of certain partitions that contain the stuff that would mess things up.
